My camber seems off (outside of the tires are wearing away).... I have 2 new ball joint/control arms, new sway bar bushings, new tie rod ends.

I'm thinking it may be my strut towers, I've seen two where the rubber just falls right out of the metal housing, Any other factors that would cause this?

Also, I heard that the back springs from an aspire fit the festiva, What about the front ones?

I'll have a pseudo-2005 festy by the time I'm finished.

It could indeed be your strut towers if they are tilted towards the outside due to worn/damaged upper bushings ... I would replace them in that instance... Most people want a bit of negative camber for maximum cornering ,, 1/2 to 1 degree negative wouldn't be excessive and can be achieved through offset bushings on the lower control arms ,, modifying the upper strut tower attachment points or (the SCCA "stock" class favorite cheat method) putting the car on a frame machine and bending out the lower control arm attachment points...
