parking light help??

okay so i am not an wiring professional . anyways i didn't even notice but i went to get an inspection and my front parking lights don't work ,niether the corner light or bumper light , but here is the catch the turn signals do work but only in the bumper . don't know if this is normal ? so i turn just the parking lights on and only the rears light up . anyway i used the search and it had a couple things on there but nothing really fixed my problem . does anybody have a picture on the parking light relay ? is it just for the front lights only ? also my horn dosen't work ? the guy passed it anyways but i was thinking maybe i should fix it , if anyone has any info that would be great , and once again thanks for the website , i'm sure this won't be my last problem ,

the bumper lights are your turn signals....they do no light up unless you use your signal. Check the sockets on them if it is not the fuse, they rust up sometimes. The corner lights are your parking lights and should be lite up when your lights/parking lights are on. Check the fuse so you can be sure it is not just that. The horn is up under the bumper on the passenger side. They go out often if not maintained. The ground gets bad because of where it is located. I ended up adding 2 up under the hood on one of mine that didn't work and it works great. But clean up the connections on yours and it might be fine. Maybe the fuse on that though too.

Check for corrossion in the lamp sockets.

Check the parking lamp relay. I recently had the same issue. Switched out the relay with a good one from the salvage yard, and they were working great. The parking lamp relay is behind the passenger side headlight on the fender wall. Let us know what happens.

The816skeet, when you turn your parking lights on you should hear it engage, if not, that's a pretty good indication that there is an issue with it.
You have back lights so perhaps only a partial failure.
So you might still hear it engage when energized.

wow i actually fixed something for once , man that feels good , far as the lights on the front of my car all the sockets were coroded real bad and all the bulbs were burnt out , so i sprayed some wd-40 down in them and wiped them back out and replaced the bulbs with new ones and ta-da they work !!!!!!!! for the horn i got it to work but man that thing is up in there , but it was just the wire going to it didn't have a good conection so i put a new terminal on it and pluged it back in and it works!! sounds pretty sick though but, i'm legal !! thank you guys for your help couldn't have done it with out you
