Outer Tie Rod End

I can't get the freaking thing off.....any suggestions?

Can't get it off what? The knuckle or the threaded tie rod? If it is the knuckle, you need a pickle fork to get it off. Go to your local auto parts store and they might have one you can borrow/rent/buy. They are not that expensive.
