Good, then Bad

I have a 91 FI car with 5 speed. It ran great for a while, when cold. When it got hot, it started missing. I've replaced plugs, plug wires, ignition module and changed the distributor. Two injectors are not firing. I am wondering where to go now? Could the problem be in the engine computer? HELP and thanks.

OK, how do you know that 2 injectors aren't firing?
Did you try replacing the injectors or at least clean them?

You can add your vehicles under your profile:
Go to User CP(at the top of this page), then on your left is the Control Panel directly under that is Setting & Options then again directly under that is Edit Signature.
This is where you want to add your cars, unless you like to type them in with each post!:p

While your under Setting & Options you might want to go into Edit Profile and scoll to bottom of that page and add your location and other details about yourself if you are so inclined.
