The CTS is definitely bad. It won't even register on the meter. Now the problem is that it's frozen in place. Any ideas on how to free it up without damaging the engine?Last edited by BigWheel; 10-19-2008, 05:02 PM.'93 Festiva GL / "HOT ROD"

my 93 smells like gas also. my 1991 had the same problems for two years could not figure is out. one day working on it and dropped a rachet on the vaf wires and it started to run better so i wiggle the plug on the vaf meter and it is loose and rpms went up and down so have the engine running and start shaking wires around to see if there is and loose conections.

I can't break this dang CT sensor loose from the manifold. Even WD-40 didn't loosen the thing up. I could get it loose but I think I'd tear 2 or 3 other things up getting it out. Have any of you had this thing this bad stuck before? If so how did you get it to break free?'93 Festiva GL / "HOT ROD"
