Need consultive 2nd opinion

Ok, lately my Festiva has started darting left or right (mostly left)when accelerating or up-shifting.


I think its the control arm bushings. they seemed soft/worn, more so the left one, when I had the tires off checking the pads.

Does anyone have an idea if my hunch is correct or what else I should look at?(

sounds reasonable. also check the ball joints the strut mounts, and any other rubber bushing in any front end component.
