Don't forget that the axle nuts are a 1-time use item. Applies to both front & rear ones!
I've always had to order mine, took a couple days to get them. The shop manual recommends using a "cape chisel" to beat the nut into the groove in the axle.

Oh yeah... cotter pins for the front end (tie rod & sway bar ends) if you're doing that as well.

Glad you've never had any issues with re-using the axle nuts & I hope no one ever does! Perhaps it's just paranoia setting in, but stressing the metal with a chisel in multiple places on the axle nut seems to me to be encouraging stress cracks to propagate over time. Then again, it could be that recently 2 people I've known have had a rear wheel come of (while underway) due to an axle nut failing. Based on those experiences I'm having my spindles drilled for cotter pins. All I'm saying is "be careful"!!
