Kind of sounds like the switch still has a problem. They are on ebay all the time.

I was going to suggest the switch as well...

The headlights get power from the fusible links... The parking lights, turn signals, and tail lights all get their power from the fuse box inside the car.

For example... You can blow the parking light fuse, and still have headlights, etc.

The 1 piece that controls all of them at once however, is the headlight switch.

I'd assume that now that your headlights are stuck on, it's still an issue with your switch.

To replace that... Pull the steering wheel off. It's held on by a 21 mm nut under the Ford emblem. Grab the wheel at 9 and 3 and yank from side to side until it pops off! (Be careful. Some people will leave the nut threaded on a twist or two so they wheel doesn't fly off and hit them).

Remove the steering column surround piece. There are 4 or 5 screws in the bottom. Undo them, and then pull the surround apart. There are 2 clip that hold the piece together, without the screws in place, so be careful not to break them! I always grabbed at the little openings where the stalks came out and gently split the care there. You could use a small flathead screwdriver too.

You'll be left with the wiper/signal assembly left on the steering column. There is 1 bolt that holds an adjustable clip to keep the turn singal/wiper stalk assembly onto the steering column. Unscrew that bolt quite a bit (but don't remover it), then grab BOTH stalks of the assembly, and twist while gently pulling towards you. The entire assembly will pull out (If it doesn't come off gently, you didn't loosen the bolt far enough...). Unhook the wires from the back, and go get a full replacement piece.

Make sure you grab an assembly from a similar year car. 88-89 (with orange lettering) needs to be replaced with an 88-89... The 90+ (white lettering) can be interchanged with other 90+, but not 88-89 (the headlight stalks are different... You won't get parking lights if you use an 88-89 in your 90+)

At any rate... Get a new assembly, hook the wires up, push it on the steering column, then tighten the screw... At this point, I'd check to make sure that everything is functioning like it should be, and if so reinstall the surround and steering wheel.

        Success...
"Lil' Red" finally has all of it's lights working again. Turns out it was still in the switch. The rotating end of the headlight control arm had bad wiring. So, i had to replace the whole darn thing.

Thanks to all who gave me such great advice.
I don't know if I could have fixed it without your help.
