  • Wipers

Have been having a lot of rain lately. Before I had the car on the road I bought some wiper Blades the look up I did called for 12" wipers which I bought and put on. They just don't seem to clear enough of the windshield. Looks Like I could put some 13" wipers on.. Was wondering what size everyone else is using.

Sorry if it is another post somewhere put I couldn't find it anywhere

same here, 18" works great as well as liberal use of Rain-X. Love that stuff.

Couldn't find it in my official shop manual, but I'm pretty sure Festiva's were designed to use two different wiper sizes; 18 sounds right for the drivers side, and I think passenger side is smaller. And yes, if you have rain or snow, etc where you live, get some Rain-X.
If it has boobs or wheels, sooner or later you're going to have trouble with it.

i believe the 11 - 12" wiper blades were only on the rear hatch

Windshield blades are 18" the rear hatch is 15", but I use the Rain-X Lattide blades. They are self-contouring so I use a 16" new Mustang blade on the rear. Really helped, and it contours to the rear window.
