  • Well, I think part of this will go here.

    I found a 1992 Mazda Mx6 (I think that is right).

First, has anybody ever installed the seats out of one of these into a Festy? Think it would be hard? They seem to be pretty cool seats.

2nd, has anybody ever installed the cruise control out of one of these into a Festy? What all would I have to grab from the car if I attempted this feat?

3rd, do you think the electric sunroof could be modified to work in a Festy? Has anybody ever done it?

If anybody has any info on this car and the things above, Id really appreciate some education. I used the search button but nothing comes up for MX6.

    Thanks,
    Dan "Levitan"

You could just weld them to the floor. Like my dad did on his '56

I'll bet that you could remove the seatbacks and remove the fabric and foam from the MX6 seats then useing hog rings istall the fabric and foam on a Festiva seat bottom and bolt the seat back on the frame. Look at Dj's seat mod in the articles section. I just did it with Tracer seats worked excellant!
