ok well right now i got it in the garage warming up with some heaters.. i checked my fuses, and it looks like they are all good.. but i'll recheck and take a better look at them.. cause you know sometimes they can be tricky..

now i'm really hoping that somehow the heater chord just came unplugged.. likely?

i am not completely sure what i'm looking at under the dash there is a black box, should i just look for a plug in to it? cause i'm sure its the fan, is there any color coding i should look at?

              dash vent

[QUOTE=stefan;200474]a) You will never get heat from your dash vents, the heater core is only piped to direct heat to the defrost and floor

I kept telling my husband that my festi didn't get warm, that cold air blew out of the dash vent. He didn't believe me, and after a **few years**, he finally checked it out. We went to a Ford dealer, who put in a new thermostat, and still nothing. They were stumped. (I do get heat from the defrost, and the floor, but takes quite a while). I called Ford, who confirmed that they don't have warm/hot air from the dash vent. The girl at Ford that checked into it for me was surprised, herself.

So I'm glad to see you posted that, as I wasn't sure whether to believe the Ford Girl cuz my brother keeps telling me his festi gets screamin' hot.
