Are Festiva Head Bolts "Torque To Yield"????

Does anyone know if Festiva (1992) head bolts are "torque to yield"? If they are, where can I find a new set. I called several bid auto parts stores and nobody has them. I even called a Ford dealer and the parts guy said they are obsolete from Ford....No Dice. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

The manual doesn't say anything about replacing the bolts, so they shouldn't be torque to yield type. That's most likely why you couldn't find any. Go ahead and reuse the bolts.
