bogging following upshift

Its starting to seem like it is worst following high RPMs. i seem to have good pickup when in 2nd at low rpms and flooring it. it's no racecar but it's not bad. but specifically when i run 1st gear all the way out then shift to 2nd, occasionally it's REALLY bad... like it just doesn't wanna go any more. if i drive mellow, the problem isn't really noticeable.

i put on new plugs yesterday. the air filter seems ok. fuel filter is new. plug wires are pretty new and so are cap and rotor.

Yeah like I posted in my own thread im having the same problem, but now today its warm out and it did it in 3rd as well, I will push in the clutch and rev's fine, then try to go and usually is fine. Just doesn't like me everytime :-) I think it might be the plugs in mine, I will check it tomorrow.
