Electrical system help

Is there any location on the firewall that would effect The horn, windshield wipers, radio, and blower motor. When I hit my horn button I can hear what sounds like a short clicking in the drivers side dash/firewall area. The other pieces I mentioned just don't work.

check the ignition switch.. I just had this happen on an 89 carb

Thanks, mine is an 89 carb, so it seems like that would be it. It's funny though, that of all the things effected by that, the ignition was not one of them. What was wrong with your ignition switch? Bad connection, loose wires? Just want to know what I am looking for. Thanks.
