Soak them with PB Blaster, let them set for awhile, then use a FLAT chisel or punch to turn the the head by tapping them using a small hammer in a CC direction.

Try a sharp chisel and break the heads off.

There is a drain plug on the tank underneth the car. Might help if you have to pull the tank.

Buy new ones. They're just a regular metric screw. Most auto or hardware stores should carry that size.

How do you know your pump is bad? What is your pressure?

ok the pressure is just below 60 not running and the tester was leaking so i dont have an exzact reading. but i have to cycle the key to build pressure to get it to start and run for about 10 to 15 seconds and thats it. i changed the regulator and didnt fix it eaither. but will run amazing on starting fluid so eaither way its not getting enough fuel.

An impact screw driver can work if it can get a key into what ever is left of the screws or you can use a phillips head screw driver and belt it with a hammer, the other suggestions are very good also and I also would include WD40 or CRC and plenty of it.

ok i replaced the cap wires and plugs today the car started up nice ran nice and i was able to rev it up nice to once jsut befor it shut off. ok now the car will run for about a min the it like starts to sputer and the shuts off. seems clearly that it has to do with fuel but is it geting to much i dont know or not enough? does any one know how to do a volume test? would the regulator be causein it?
                              thanks
