  • Sun visor 'flop'.

The sun visor on the drivers side of my Kia Pride decided to flop down today.

I've taken it off and can remove the pin that goes into the visor, but can't see what provides the friction to hold it up.

I've swapped it with the pasenger side one for now.

Is there a standard 'fix', or is that it?

    Any advice gratefully received.

I had a car that had that problem once. Try wrapping some tape around the shaft. Other than that, take MONSOON's advice.
