  • where is cig lighter wiring on harness, colors?

When I got my car from the junk yard it was starting to be dismantled. I was just in it trying to hook up the gic lighter, but, I cannot find where the wires come from?
I took the stereo out, which was taken out at the junk before I got to it(wires clipped off)
I have a couple wires there left over that are not powering my aftermarket stereo. I wonder if those wires made there way down to the lighter?
I have been under the dash with a light and cannot see where they clipped the wires off?

Any one able to check where the wires come from, I think if you take the ashtray out (which I need one;it was taken also) you may be able to see where the wires come from.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
Aspires and Sways all around, Miata B6 installed, KYB G2Rs just installed in front. Wish for coil overs someday.

According to my 1990 manual the wire is blue with red tracer from the ignition switch to the fuse panel then blue with a yellow tracer to the lighter element. There is also a black wire leading from the element to ground. Hope this helps.

Thanks every one. I do see the Blue/red wire at the fuse panel , but it is a mystery to me where they clipped the wires off or unplugged them.
            Thanks again...
