what pulley?

no power steering or a/c
the bottom pulley just started wobbling after taking a long trip
it is also making a rubbing noise

what pulley is this?
is it safe to drive?

That pulley drives your alternator and water pump. I would replace it as soon as possible and drive it as little as possible until it is replaced.

well, the true "bottom" pulley would be attached to your crank... and if that wobbles thats baaaaaad..

It's been a while but I think there are 4 small bolts that connect the pulley to the crank timing gear. Make sure they are all there and tight.

yup there is a bolt missing
only 3 out of the 4 bolts are there
anybody know where i can get a new one?
