aspire swap axel bolt torque level?

Hey... Anyone have any idea what this bolt is supposed to be torqued to?

Sasquatch and I are putting together my aspire swap right now... and we're wondering what this should be torqued to..

I'm talking about the middle bolt that attaches to the CV axel shaft thinggy... (Gimme a break.. I'm learning!!)

according to my festiva repair manual the driveaxle/hub locknut should be torqued to 116 to 174 ft-lbs
