well found a used b3 head, slapped everything back together.... (know that i tore it down twice and rebuild twice, it doesnt look that complicated anymore) Also found out thermostat was bad as well (just completely removed the thermostat) and had to make it turn ON default on radiator fan. lol now need to firx horn to pass state inspection.
