Seat Belt Track?

When my grandma had this car, the seatbelts did move, and then this festy sat at a army base for 2 years and they dont work now... I need help, bcuz i dont think they need to be replaced, but im sure you guys could help a brother out! ty!

have you checked the fuses?

or ehh, check the box under the driver seat.
