In the little black box under the chairs that control whether the seatbelt tracks work or not? because my tracks are in perfect condition, they just simply dont work... im guessing its in the boxes!

Yeah that controls the seatbelts, it also could be the switch in the doors.. you check those out yet? It's on the door latch. One of mine didn't work, and that was the reason for it.
