Festiva/Aspire Funtop changeover

Hi, my funtop on my 93 NZ Festiva(D23PF) JX Japan model(later shape) has got tears, i've found another one that will arrive soon(2nd hand)
How hard is it to change over just the black vinyl part?
How many screws/bolts and where are they?
headlining need to be removed, or can do from top/outside?
