  • Bolt problem!!!

I'm currently taking the plastic pieces out of the rear of my 91 Festy so that i can repaint them to cover the scratches from the car's past..
The piece directly below the rear speaker that goes over the taillight area has come out but the next piece closer to the front will not come out due to a bolt at the floor
The two pieces were connected by bolts that had a metal piece connecting them...I just can't get those front most bolts out it won't budge

Any idea's on how to help?

just giving you an idea of where the panel is located

16mm and a breaker bar? they're put in with a lock washer and a spacer, you can access the back of the bolt through the wheel well.

you take them out from inside the car, and PB is a better version of WD (i recomend buying 2 cans, i promise you'll never buy anything else.)

No, PB Blaster is a penetrating oil product that is what it does and does well!
WD40 was never designed as a penetrating oil it was designed to displace water (thus the name WD (for Water Displacement) formula 40, one assumes formulas 1-39 didn't work as well). That it does well, but isn't nearly as good at penetrating rusted hardware.
Try it, you never used WD40 for bolt removal again!
