Need help!!

I have a 89 festiva that is a daily driver and i fix a problem with spark and what distributer cap but after i fixed that it is stuck at a high rev... i loosened the screw on the throtle body and still revs high.... need to no if there is tuning needles on carb somewhere cause i cant find any? im really not used to working on fords. everything else i own is mopar but i need something for the gas mileage.

mine was doing the same thing one day. Eventually i took it and drive it for 20 minutes on the highway and now the high idle has went away. try that and lets see what happens
