no heater

Can anyone tell me what to check to make sure the heater is working. All the levers and pulleys for the vents seem to be working but I can get no hot air thru the car. It might not help that Pepe runs cold to begin with.

Heat will not come out of the front vents, for some strange reason they made these cold air only. Change the selector to either the floor or defrost and you'll have heat.

I've always wondered why the heater is set up so it doesn't blow through the vents.

Maybe to conserve space or something?

Exactly Tim! The fan is like 3 inches behind the dash vents! :wink:

mine is gay it only comes out of the passeger side on the floor going to have to look into fixing that

hey TIM, take it to the ARENA!!!!!

both cars have their quirks!

i mean the festiva gets into a front end collision, you replace a hood, bumper cover, bumper reinforcements and bar and maybe straighten both fenders - $500.

the aspire gets into the same accident, you take what is above and add front drivers and passengers air bags- $2000.

HHHMMMMMMMMMM......................some quirks!!!!!!

not including what the stinkin OBDII did during the accident( on the later models)
