are the carbs same on 88 & 89 Festivas?

Hi all,

If I can rebuild my carb on the 88 Festiva, I may then move it to a better 89 - if possible... are they the same?

I believe the carbs are the same 88 + 89, so the rebuilt 88 should work on the 89. Never rebuilt one myself, so not much help there. Would suggest adding your location to your profile, someone close might be able to give you a hand with it.
