Rear defrost light

My rear defrost doesn't work and the light on the dash stays on all the time?

1. How do I trouble shoot the problem of the rear defrost not working?

2. Is the a way to get the light off the dash? fuse maybe?

Have you checked the fuses? Is everything plugged in, including at the rear window itself?

Start with the basic stuff like that.
