  • Timing question

What degree is the timing supposed to be on the B6T's?

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

I have a problem with the ignition timing. I have set the timing with a timing light and the result was that it retarded a little to where it was before. Also I have noticed a drop in fuel economy with the retarded timing. Should I advance the timing to where it were?

if you can advance it without getting any pinging/detonation, that would be ideal.

if you advance it and the engine starts pinging, then you've gone too far. or you could try using high octane fuel, it may help.
