Rear Suspension

I just purchase a 90 LX from Pennsylvania and the part on the frame that holds the rear suspension where the three bolts go on each side are just about rusted out.
Does anyone know of any repair panels to correct this problem ?

Your going to have to either cut it out of another Festiva or fabricate something your self.
