    Any trick to getting the pins out of the calipers to change front brake pads?
    1-2 of the pins are rusted in. I'm thinking I may have to cut them to get 'em out.

    I've had trouble with them before. Soak with PB Blaster and then use a punch to drive them out. I've never had to cut them, but it got close. If the end gets too smashed down it will be too big to go through and you may have to cut it. I think the casting of the caliper rusts and the holes effectively become smaller too. I run a drill trough them just to ream them out a little once the pins are out. Rock auto has the hardware kits if you do need to cut them.

      Thanks, the drill as a reamer is a good idea. Hardware parts should be in monday on order. I will then make a serious attempt to get them out. I started the brake pad swap and stopped when I saw that I was going to have to destroy the pins holding the pads in. When I have new hardware in hand....watch out!
