need some advice

my 93 has 220 000 k and I have yet to do a timing belt so now is a better than time than waiting till it breaks!!

I also have a few oil leaks so I was thinking that a trip to the parts store for a new

belt
water pump
alternator ( mine is making noise!)
main seal
valve train seal

am I missing anything??

crankshaft seal
alternator belt
valve cover seal
timing belt and tensioner
synthetic 5w40 oil and filter

and it can snowball from there

I would try to find a B6 to drop in there,,, The B6 makes the Festy a great little car.....
