I'm so close to having my Festi back in business...finally...sooo busy lately!
It's something to do with the starter, but not the starter itself, I even replaced it with another good one I had, but see that's not the issue. The starter will engage, but won't spin. Yet, with the slot-type wire off and the ground style bolted on, it just spins and doesn't engage. It will do the same when pulled out of the tranny. I had figured I had a bad connection or broken wire to the side that engaged the spinning, but now it seems that's not the case. Any ideas?
