Repair Estimates?

Ok, so I changed out thermostat because the temperature gauge was not staying warm enough. Took car out for a about and 8-10 mile drive and car stays below the "C" on temp gauge. Then my wife, about 3 hours later, drives the car home on the highway. The car died about after 15 miles, she said she smelled a burning smell after about 7 miles (which is when I'm assuming the car started overheating). I went out to check it out. There is no coolant visible in the radiator, the engine bay is coated in coolant. The car will not start. I'm guessing a cracked head or blown headgasket? Does that seem accurate? If this is the case? Does anyone have any idea on repair costs? I don't have the facilities or knowledge to fix either of these problems. Thanks.

bad news

does not look good. compression on cyl 2 and 3 is 0psi, 1 has 60psi, and 4 has 30psi. is this more than just a headgasket?
