    bolt question

    Anybody know what size bolt is used in the upper 2 holes on the tranny to engine? I have tons of bolts but not those 2 . I need to get those bolt diameters so I can get longer ones so I can mount the engine on my new engine stand.

      Try to get Grade 8 bolts.

                  Alright, I got 12mm bolt in 1.25 pitch and it didn't work. Correct diameter, wrong pitch. I then found them in 1.75 pitch and they don't fit. Are there other pitches? Any help is appreciated.

                      1.50 pitch is what it is. Talk about a nightmare to find at over $4 a bolt. Ridiculous price.

                            I THINK all the m12's on the festy are 1.5 pitch, in other words, hard to find !
