    Good idea, but hard to use while driving!
    But, hard to use on the wheel when the car is moving.
    Might work if the wheel is unloaded, ie jacked up and spun by hand.

      ^ Braking is great. Yeah I thought the same thing about the stethoscope--pictured me leaning out the pass window while someone else is driving, and applying the 'scope to the wheel. :-)
