Horn is mounted in front of the front passenger wheel well, behind a cover. Lotsa peeps relocate it to the engine bay so it won't get dirty.

ECM is under dash, left side corner on firewall. idle adjustment is a rubber cap on the throtle body: remove cap, take #2 flat tipped driver and rotate screw to desired idle. (do this with engine warm)

dropping the gas tank is a pain in the butt, not to hard just time consuming, start by lifting up the rear cargo rug and removing the plate covering the fuel sending unit, disconnect the 2 fuel lines at the sending unit and undo the 8 or so screws holding the sending unit on, put the sending unit and gasket off to the side.

remove the other metal plate underneath the backseat and proceed to remove the fillter tube neck and 5 or so fuel hoses attached in the area, (there is one hidden on the underside). proceed to jack up your car and remove the 4 bolts holding the tank on and the one bolt holding the e-brake line in place.
I found it easiest to remove the gas tank lying underneath the drivers side and pulling it out, and then fiddling with it until it falls down making sure to not hit the nearby fuel line.

probably wanna remove the drain bolt on the tank before you do this =P

Just a little more clarity Joe....if you lay on your back and slide your head under the bumper on the passenger side....it is up inside the cavity behind the bumper between the tire and bumper.

Tom....not sure how you can relocate the horn unless you knew where it was at....then you would have to forget where it is at....and then rediscover where it is at.

                    huh?

sorry, the horn is located behind the bumper below the passenger side head light
with the option of having a second one behind the bumper below the drivers side head light(yes, there is a wire there, just like the passenger side)

You and I described its location in different ways, but it's the same location; if you look in the passenger wheel well, at the front is where the horn is--behind a metal body-colored cover, to protect it from road debris. You can't see it unless you remove the cover, or look from underneath. Or as you described it; same location. I suppose you could see it looking down into the engine bay; but I found it the other way. Also, I suspect it's easier to get at it from below.

Hi Joe I'm from New Zealand and I gave up trying to find the horn, I mounted a brand new one in the engine bay, check to see if the horn fuse has blown, if it has disconnect the horn relay and check its working OK and it most probably will be, cut the wire in the engine bay to the horn and replace the fuse, if the fuse is now OK get a new horn they only cost a few dollars and hook it in then you are underway....and its Toot, Toot, Toot. :p:p:p
