Swapping engines..same engine from manual car to auto

I have done engine swap searches.I keep getting auto to manual or vice versa or engines from other cars.I am simply taking my festy engine out of my manual and putting it in my auto car.Trannies are not swapping.I just need to know if there are any little things I need to know.We removed the engine/tranny from the auto car tonite.Now we need to take the tranny off and put it on the engine out of the manual car.Both are EFI.Any info would be helpful.

Tony....you do not need to take the tranny out if you have not all ready. Should just be a straight swap if the engines are from the 90's.

just make the manual engine look just like the automatic including the vacuum hose from the intake to the auto
