LOL. So, are putting a flat six on the back to live up to the name?

Theres enough room back there for not only the six but also the complete trans axle, you might be on to something since I have one in the shop, might be easier to just mount the body on the porsche pan.

That would be sick, especially if it's an air cooled engine. Then again, if it's a good pan I wouldn't waste it in a Festiva. What year pan/engine/transaxle? I just sold a C4S and I'm having p-car withdrawal issues haha. I was looking for a 996 or 997 GT3 but may just get a 951 dedicated track car and a 997 C2S.
My Festy is a cool little car though.

this is a 77, had a c4, 89 for a daily driver and now have my sights set on perfect 93 911 that is for sale for 15,900. got 100k on it but documented service records at the dealer. I still have some porsche parts laying around here, got a box full of perfect rocker arms that I thought sure the vw guys would want for the swivel feet but not. I have restored 18 porsches from a 59 through 78 including a couple of targas that after went to the east coast and a 66 912 that went back to Germany. No doubt they are fun cars, but I also like the porschestiva.
