No difference. I would make sure they didnt give you Aspire LCAs though those are different. No right and left though.
And why didnt you just put this in the thread you started 9 whole minutes ago, rather than start a new thread for it?Last edited by MONSOON; 11-21-2009, 09:39 PM.Search Master - Honorary Member of Midwest Festiva Inc., Gulf Coast Chapter

but the end is longer on one side at the frame end! it doesnt matter? thats really weird imo. the long end would be facing opposite directions on either side thanks for the quick reply ehlight a man a fire and he'll stay warm for the night.

yeah it must be for an aspire cuz it sure as hell aint the same as the one in there. which kinda freaks me out cuz the right side one thats already on looks the same as the one i just got. possibly the parts stores in calgary ordered a whole shwack of festy arms but got one side of aspires! that would be too funny. looks like i need two new control arms now... butt!light a man a fire and he'll stay warm for the night.

are you refering to the collar in the bushing at the frame end? if so, ignore it.Trees aren't kind to me...

yeah the old collar is even on either side of the arm at the frame end, but the new one is extended on what will be the rear side of the bolt collar. can it be "bashed" back in? or it just doesnt matter...light a man a fire and he'll stay warm for the night.

well got er back on the road!!! found out that the reason the balljoint fell out of the steering knuckle was the mechanic who did my rotors n bearings stripped out the pinch bolt... now i gotta go beat him over the head with the old LCA, get some money outa him, and maybe have a sandwich. thanks again for clearing up that confusion... she's running really well even with that wrong side lcalight a man a fire and he'll stay warm for the night.
