He was able to remove 2 of them but the other where rusted so bad that there wernet any tread on them....

Soak em with PB Blast or some equivalent.

Had a similar problem with another car and PB Blast did the trick but you may have to soak it several times. It will break loose eventually.

I'd still soak it in PB Blaster, several times over the course of a day. Go out the next day and try to get a pair of pliers on the plug. Might come out then.

There is a type of easy out that is tapered on the inside that is meant for removing hard to do studs, it threads on counterclock wise and after soaking the plugs quite possibly overnite they will come out. You can get them at supply houses that supply tool and die products or taps etc.

yes....those too....I forgot...you will have to snap the tops off the plugs though.

that one with the pins will not work, the one I mentioned is like a deep socket that starts to thread on counter clock wise and when it gets really tight the spark plug will come out. Then chase the threads in the plug socket with a slightly magnetized thread chaser to avoid getting metal particles inside the motor or put some grease on it so it will catch the metal pieces, small as they are.

I did one for a friend of mine once. I broke the top of the spark plug off and then welded a bolt to the plug. was not as far recessed but talk to a welding shop in your area. should not charge too much

                          Snap On twist deep socket

You can get them any size you need. I think Craftsman makes something similar and cheaper.

No need to break the plug. But do soak them with PBB for a couple days before you try to remove them.

You really should try PB Blaster, when I was changing the head gasket on my Mustang a couple years ago, a head bolt snapped with less than half an inch sticking out of the block. We soaked it in PB Blaster, and while my dad was waiting for it to soak and working on something else, my friend pulled it out BY HAND. That stuff really works.
