I'm thinking of converting over to a manual transmission for better gas mileage and I hate driving an auto...only getting 27mpg with automatic and a/c. The swap sounds easy enough and i just brought home a manual car so i have both cars...all I am going to need to switch is pedals and trannys along with shift linkage right? probably more stupid stuff I'm missing but I don't know....only asking cause it's my daily driver and i'm gonna tackle it this weekend so it needs to run monday morning. all the same ecu and stuff right?
