Festiva Head Torque Spec's

I'm too cheap to buy the manual, so does anyone have the torque spec's for the intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and the head bolts? Also the tightening sequence. Are the head bolts re-useable? Also, if anyone has some words of advice for changing out my Festiva head with a Aspire head?
