I am batteling the same issue as we speak. I'm going to try a new OC sensor. (once I figure out where it is located)

Ok, everyone here seems to have good guesses on what it could be. Now unless I have missed something I am thinking it could be possible save a lot of time and aid in diagnosis if you found a fuel pressure gauge and hooked it up inline with a tee joint or something, then ran it through the its stages you have been having problems with while watching pressure to see what you get for each stage you it is in. I believe it should be 30psi or so but I don't have my book on me now.

Assuming you can do this without driving it around or find a way tho do it, and you can get a gauge.

      Anyway that is my suggestion

The 02 sensor is located right on the exhaust manifold. It looks kinda like a spark plug with a wire on top of it.

Hmmm That has just been replaced, when i had my headers done a few months back. (i think they replaced it, I'll have to dig through my colossal stack of car invoices)

Just took it out for a spin, when It's warm and not moving, if I ever so slightly give a little throttle,
(move it from 1000rpm to 1500 / 2000rpm) that's when it fluctuates. It's like POWER, then back to idle, then POWER...

            Does yours do that TONYCASH?

This is the first time I have ever done a video,so...this is 15 seconds of the car running.Sorry I used my middle finger to push throttle.
Also, for those that said change computer...I did.Didn't change a thing.

we just unplugged the computer and hooked my other one up.Nothing changed.

The gold saucer looking part next to the accelerator cable.. might check to make sure it's adjusted correctly. I can't remember the procedure for adjustment.

Was the timing belt changed out before or during the engine swap? After the engine reaches operating temp the timing retards, if your timing is out because of misalignment between the crank and cam even one tooth this symtom will occur. I had this happen to me. I did everything even removing the CAT, just to find the timing had jumped one notch (caused by a tiny nut that had fallen down in the timing cover area during a service).

You could probably check inside the tank by just pulling the pump out from inside the car.

Think that is the way to go!
Need to pull, as 25horseplay indicated, the pump as well so that you can inspect the pump filter as well.
This will make flushing the tank easier as well.

Yes,we plan on jacking up car on pass side, taking drain plug out, draining it all out .Then pulling pump(I have 3 more to put in if needed).Inspectig pump and interior of tank.Migt un hook all hoses at both ends and check those.
