HA I solved mine. It was a break in the lead to the O2 sensor. SO now I have a new O2 sensor in it... & a spare fuel filter. Drove around all afternoon.

        Tony,
The plug on the fuel tank is not in the lowest spot it could be. It is better to open the top and look in first. Be safe when you do and also vacuum around the lid. Did you check the lines under the car? Does it bog down when you run it with the gas cap off. I thought of this because a friend of mine collapsed the gas tank on his truck due to a bad gas cap. If the feed or return line is crimped/clogged it could cause the problem. How hard is it to do a spray measurement to see if the injectors are getting good fuel.

          FINALLY GOT IT !!!!!
We did everything everybody told us to do ....and NONE of it was the problem.A friend came by,who messes with cars a little bit, started just browsing through the Haynes we had laying there. He brought in a little electrical tester and did some tests on various things. All checked out good. Then he went in the car and read the code from the flashing "check engine" light..It flashed ,continuously,8 times. He went to the book and said it was something about a ground or wire between the ecm and the air flow sensor.Well, there is only one plug in the Airflow sensor so I go unplug it and look at the pins and receptacles...The pins all looked the same...except 1.The second one in from the front of car.Looked in to the plug and "I'll be da*%#d"....one,in the same spot was pushed back in and not touching. We repaired it and guess what ?????
(pics of gas tank and lines when we thought they might be problem)

..and pics of the recepticle that WAS THE PROBLEM!)

I just listened to and watched the little video and it sounds like it may be a timing issue to me. But i wouldnt rule out the o2 sensor. Those o2 sensors can cause some strange problems.
IF you never succed at what you are trying to do then maybe failur is your style

We pulled back the rubber boot covering it and pushed it back in.It locked itself in.

Awesome! glad you found it! I wish you had told me you had a code, because I would have sent you to the same place. The engine was starving for fuel during accel, because the ECM wasn't seeing the proper change in airflow, so the ECM wouldn't increase fuel delivery.
