Well I’m going to pull the head off my 92 auto to night and see why it is smoking so bad and not running on one cylinder. It’s been running on 3 for some time now and it would not start Saturday. I can’t keep the plug from fouling out in one cylinder not shore of the number but it’s the one on the driver side that’s giving me all the trouble. I hope this will help with the problem im having with it cutting off when I put it in gear also, I can’t stop at a light without keeping my foot on the gas. It feels like it won’t to keep pulling when I try to stop?

It should be very straight forward. Do you have a new headgasket? Are you planing on not using your Festy for a while? I don't think that removing the head will help you much. I would pull the whole engine and save yourself some time. Actually, I would find an engine in good running condition and just swap them. Good luck!Oscar
