  • FESTIVA HOODS ??? Compatibility ?

Weeellllll...my son got into a slight accident and we ended up 'buying' back my beloved '93 Festiva from the insurance company. Looking for new hood and lights...called junkyard and was told thay had a '91 but that hood not compatible with '93....is this true? Seems kind of wierd, as body type looks same for '88 to '93 ??? Give me some wisdom people..

        euch...

I wouldn't pay more than $70 for a hood, and that's if it's perfectly rust free (Or y'know fiberglass or carbon fiber lol)

What 100$ for a hood ??? You can have a part festiva for that price.

All Festiva hoods are interchangable. But, the 88 and 89 hoods had different windshield washer sprayers on them than the later cars. 88 & 89: two spray holes; 90 up: four spray holes. I wouldn't pay more than $50 for a hood BTW.
