Preference in distributor cap and rotor

I have a 1995 Ford Aspire 5dr 1.3L 100K miles on it. My car was running rough and thinking about replacing the distributor cap and rotor in hopes of smoothing it out. Is there any brand or model that is the best?

I shy away from 'store brands' like Wells. Having been a parts store manager, for an albiet breif period of time, we say nothing but trouble with them. Stick with a name brand like Bosch. A few dollars more, but much less likely to give you headaches.

I have seen ac delco and motor craft as well as one with no name being sold by festiva motorsports. Any more guidance is much appreciated.
