Have you re-torqued the head bolts using a torque wrench (and following the right pattern)? That may be all you need.

I meant, after the engine warmed up and cooled down. I would try to re-tighten the head bolts progressively in the standard pattern.

Got it all together now no leaks but will not start. I have fuel good compression and good spark..... Timing is correct

Is the timing on both the distributor and the timing belt correct? They can be different.

timng mark on crank shaft was out a little..... runs now
