  • idles but wont go

    i have a 93 it will start and idle but when i give it gas it dies any ideas on where and what i should check thanks for the help

    Check the plug that goes into the vaf (sensor) on top of your airbox. There's a few other things to check too. Plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter

      thanks i will do that i forgot to mention that i had a coolant leak and everything stayed wet for a couple of days

        ahhhh,...well get a can of wire dryer and spray the cap and wires and stuff....look inside the cap and make sure it is dry.

          WD-40 makes a good dryer for wet ignitions. A wet dist cap and wires will act like you describe.
